1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within seven (7) business days of the product being delivered, only if the item is deemed defective. To qualify for a full refund, all returned items must be sealed, unopened, and unused.

2. Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges
Approved returns are eligible for:

  • A full refund, or

  • Store credit, or

  • An even exchange for another product

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

3. Shipping Costs
All shipping costs for returned products are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned once shipped:

  • Foam-it Foamers

  • All chemical products

These items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
